中國網浪潮資訊 在溫州行政審批中心商貿綜合受理窗口，溫州快通貿易有限公司的行政人員阮日建順利拿到了一本“外貿一證通”，這涵蓋了原先需要5個部門審批辦理、6個相關證書的全部功能。

At the Commercial comprehensive acceptance window of Wenzhou Administrative Examination and Approval Service Center, administrative staff of Wenzhou kuaitong trading co. LTD Ruan Rijian got a "foreign trade one-card-pass" successfully. The card covers all the functions of 6 related certificates which need 5 departments to examine and approve originaly.

　　溫州市洞頭區外貿企業行政人員阮日建説，以前在洞頭至少要跑三個地方，現在六證合一後費用都省掉了。

Ruan Rijian ,a administrative staff of foreign trade enterprise in Wenzhou Dongtou said that it used to run at least three places in Dongtou and now the fees are all saved after the six certificates becomes one.

　　為了方便外貿企業，溫州市海關、商務局等五個部門打通“資訊壁壘”，一窗受理、一套材料、一網審核、一窗出證，方便企業辦理外貿領域“六證合一”一證通，審批時間從原來10天以上，縮短到現在的4個工作日。

For the convenience of foreign trade enterprise, five departments such as Wenzhou Customs, Commerce Bureau break through the "information barriers," one window for acceptance, a set of materials, a network for auditing and a window for coming to testify makes convenience for foreign trade enterprises to transact  "six certificates becomes one” one-card-pass and the approval time reduced from the original 10 days to 4 working days now.

　　溫州市商務局審批窗口負責人陳海聰説，下一步“外貿一證通”改革將爭取在年底實現溫州市域全覆蓋。

Chen Haicong,  the director of the approval window of Wenzhou Commerce Bureau said the next step of " foreign trade one-card-pass" would be to achieve full coverage of the city by the end of this year.
