中國網浪潮資訊   近日，作者從浙江省國稅局了解到，浙江在全省範圍內全面推廣二維碼開票服務，納稅人輕鬆一掃，就可便捷開票。

CNCAO NEWS  Recently, reporters learned that Zhejiang Provincial National Tax Bureau is spreading the billing service with two-dimensional codes on the basis of the successful implementation of notification service with two-dimensional codes to handle tax affairs, in a bid to help taxpayers make out invoices easily by sweeping two-dimensional codes.

　　據了解，納稅人在使用二維碼開票服務時，購貨方在安裝軟體後，可以將本單位的納稅人識別號、單位名稱等開票資訊生成二維碼，銷貨方開具發票時，通過對應開票軟體識讀購貨方的二維碼，自動生成發票抬頭資訊，大幅縮短了開票過程中輸入企業資訊的時間，同時降低了輸入錯誤率，提高了發票開具的效率。

Via the convenient two-dimensional code invoicing software, purchasers could generate two-dimensional codes from the information, such as taxpayers’ registration number and companies’ name, etc. And to invoice the clients, sellers could recognize the buyers’ two-dimensional codes by the corresponding invoicing software and automatically generate the invoice information, in a bid to shorten the time of inputting the enterprises’ information, reduce the error rate when inputting information, and greatly improve the efficiency of billing.

　　據統計，截至今年7月底，浙江省使用二維碼便捷開票軟體的納稅人戶數已有74萬戶，達到增值稅發票管理新系統使用總戶數的93.3%，共計推廣生成各類便捷開票二維碼資訊超過74萬條。

According to the statistics, by the end of July, the number of taxpayers who use the two-dimensional invoice software has achieved 740,000, accounting for 93.3% of the value-added invoice management system users and the number of two-dimensional code information being generated exceeds 740,000.

　　據浙江省國稅局資訊中心負責人介紹，一台自助開票機每天可以開出100多張票，開票量大且零失誤率。機器內置掃描器，詳細比對發票代號和號碼，實時核對校正，增值稅普通發票和專用發票的代開、申領、作廢都能實現。而且每次操作都會形成日誌，備案記錄，操作結束後還會提供記錄發票詳細資訊的憑單。負責人説，納稅人只要通過“浙江國稅手機APP”或者電子稅務局填寫申請，拿著二維碼在自助機上掃一掃，就能自動識別錄入資訊。

According to the staff in charge from the Information Center of the National Tax Bureau in Zhejiang Province, currently, the National Tax Bureau is improving follow-up instructions and services as well as the real-time monitoring on softwares’ billing application through information technology. Once taxpayers fail to produce invoices, for example, do not use the systematic commodity code, or do not fill in the registration number or credit code number as required, reminder message will be sent to taxpayers on time. In addition, follow-up instructions will be offered according to taxpayers’ requirements so as to ensure that taxpayers could generate the right invoice. The staff in charge also reminded that the two-dimensional code billing software and “Zhejiang IRS Mobile APP” could be used for free and the two-dimensional code is portable as pictures and printed copies.
