中國網浪潮資訊   近日，浙江省發佈《浙江省人民政府辦公廳關於開展清新空氣（負氧離子）監測及網路體系建設的通知》（下稱《通知》），在中國率先開展“清新空氣”（負氧離子）監測發佈體系建設。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, Zhejiang Province issued "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on carrying out the construction of fresh air (Negative Oxygen Ion) monitoring and network system” (it is called “The Notice” in the following paragraphs),  and it was the first to carry out the construction of "fresh air" (Negative Oxygen Ion) monitoring and release system in China.

　　根據《通知》要求，浙江省清新空氣監測網路將由基本站和功能站組成。基本站設在行政區中心區域的站點，包括氣象監測站和城市站；功能站設在生態旅遊景區、自然保護區、森林公園、濕地等區域，重點反映生態環境、空氣狀況以及為區域環境保護、開發提供支援。監測因子包括負氧離子、細顆粒物（PM2.5）、臭氧（O3）、氣象（風力、溫度、濕度、氣壓、降雨）等指標。

According to The Notice, The fresh air monitoring network of Zhejiang will consist of basic stations and functional stations. Basic stations which are set up in the central region of the district includes meteorological stations and urban stations; The functional stations which are located in the areas like Eco-tourism scenic areas, natural reserves, forest parks, wetlands and so on mainly reflects the ecological environment, air condition and provides support for the protection and development of regional environment. The monitoring factors include Negative Oxygen Ions, fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5), Ozone (O3), Meteorology (wind, temperature, humidity, air pressure, rainfall) and others.

　　監測系統建成後，浙江省將在2017年9月底前試行發佈清新空氣（負氧離子）監測資訊；2017年年底前正式發佈清新空氣（負氧離子）指數資訊。屆時，浙江百姓出門，就能通過手機查詢空氣中的負氧離子濃度，實時了解空氣清新度。

After the monitoring system is completed, Zhejiang Province will release the fresh air (negative oxygen ion) monitoring information on a trial basis by the end of September 2017. And it will officially release the fresh air (negative oxygen ion) index information by the end of 2017. By then, Zhejiang people will be able to check the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air and learn about the air freshness in real time through their mobile phones when they are going out.
