中國網浪潮資訊 近日，聯合國教科文組織專家代表——世界地質公園理事會成員、巴西教授帕特裏西奧·梅洛等人來到溫州市雁蕩山世界地質公園，開展四年一次的中期評估工作。 帕特裏西奧·梅洛教授表示，他震撼于雁蕩山世界地質公園獨一無二的地質遺跡以及楠溪江傳承千年的耕讀文化。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, the expert representative of United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) -- Council member of World Geopark and Professor of Brazil Patricio Melo and others came to the Yandang Mountain World Geopark in Wenzhou to conduct a quadrennial mid-term evaluation work. Professor Patricio Melo said that he was shocked at the unique geological relics of the Yandang Mountain World Geopark and the farming culture of Nanxi River which has inherited thousands of years.

　　溫州市雁蕩山世界地質公園于2005年經聯合國教科文組織批准進入世界地質公園網路，也是迄今第一個以中生代火山地質地貌景觀為主題的地質公園，被聯合國教科文組織譽為“岩石、水流、生命的交響曲，世界一大奇觀”。

The Yandang Mountain World Geopark in Wenzhou was approved by UNESCO to enter the World Geopark network in 2005 and it has also been the first geological park with the theme of Mesozoic volcanic geological and geomorphic landscape so far . It is praised as "a symphony of rock, water and life, a great wonder of the world" by UNESCO.
