中國網浪潮資訊 據中國海關總署，中國-瑞士海關AEO互認將於今年9月1日起實施。這項中國海關實施AEO制度以來簽署的首個政府間AEO互認協定的實施，也將直接讓不少來自中國寧波的企業受益。

CNCAO NEWS According to General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, the AEO Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Customs of China-Switzerland will be implemented from September 1 this year. This was the first inter-governmental AEO Mutual Recognition Agreement signed since the Customs of China implemented AEO System , and the implementation of the agreement will directly benefit for many enterprises from Ningbo, China.

　　AEO（Authorized Economic Operator）即“經認證的經營者”。中國和瑞士AEO企業出口到對方國家的貨物，將可直接享受到對方海關提供的便利措施，平均查驗比例和通關時間下降約30-50%，可有效降低企業港口、保險、物流等貿易成本。

AEO is the “Authorized Economic Operator”. The AEO enterprises of China and Switzerland will be able to directly enjoy the convenience provided by mutual customs if export goods to each other's country. The average ratio of inspection and time of Customs Clearance reduce about 30%-50% . And the trade cost of enterprises like port, insurance, logistics and so on can be effectively reduced.

　　據統計，2017年1-7月，寧波市與瑞士雙邊貿易總值為14.6億美元，同比增長1倍。寧波對瑞士出口的商品以機電産品和集裝箱為主（約佔寧波對瑞士出口總額的88.4%）；寧波自瑞士進口的商品以機電産品和黃金為主（約佔寧波自瑞士進口總額的83.5%）。

According to statistics, from January 2017 to July 2017,the total value of bilateral trade between Ningbo and Switzerland was $1.46 billion which doubled compared with the same time last year. The mainly merchandises Ningbo exports to Switzerland are mechanical and electronic products and containers(it accounts for 88.4% of Ningbo's gross exports to Switzerland). The mainly merchandises Ningbo imports from Switzerland are mechanical and electronic products and gold (it accounts for 83.5% of Ningbo's gross imports from Switzerland).

　　截至7月31日，寧波海關共有高級認證企業（AEO）101家。

By July 31, Ningbo Customs has 101 Authorized Economic Operators (AEO）.
