中國網浪潮資訊 今年上半年科技創新智慧財産權數據出爐，杭州全市實現高新技術産業增加值710億元，增長11.9%；規上高新技術産業增加值佔規上工業增加值比重45.3%；規上工業新産品産值2388億元，增長14%。發明專利授權5013件，有效發明專利39909件，居全國省會城市第一、副省級城市第二。技術合同吸納2433項，成交額47.54億元。全市已有國家重點扶持高新技術企業2413家，省科技型中小企業7550家。

CNCAO NEWS The statistics of technical innovation intellectual property in the first half year showed that high and new technology industry value added of Hangzhou reached 71 trillian yuan, a year on year increase of 11.9%; high and new technolody industry above designated size value accounted for 45.3% of industrial added value above designated size; the new industrial products above desingated size reached 238.8 trllian yuan which accounted for 14%. The amount of  authorized inventive patents and effective inventive patents, 5013 and 39,909 respectively, ranked the first in provincial capitals and the second sub-prvincial cities. The turnover of 2433 technology contract absorptions is 4.754 trillian yuan. 2413 high and new techonology enterprises and small and medium-sized 7550 scientific and technologic enterprises supported by the state.
