中國網訊 中國軍隊在內蒙古蘇尼特右旗沙場點兵，向國際社會展示了中國強悍的戰爭實力，還是在這個地方昨天開幕的國際絨毛節卻向世界展示出它柔美一面。

CNCAO NEWS Chinese army gathered and reviewed soldiers at Sonid Right Banner, Inner Mongolia which showed international community powerful military strength of China. In the same place, International Cashmere and Wool Festival that opened yesterday showed the world the gentle side of it.

　　8月5日上午，中國與蒙古國邊境的錫林郭勒盟蘇尼特右旗烏蘭牧騎廣場舉行了一場“羊絨盛宴”，蒙古族女孩端莊大方的表演向觀眾展示了羊絨服飾的溫暖和飄逸之美，拉開了“中國蘇尼特國際時裝周”的大幕。

On the morning of August 5, a “cashmere and wool feast” held in Wulanmuqi Square, Sonid Right Banner, Xilingol League which is on China border with Mongolia. Decent performance of Mongolian girls showed audience the warm and ethereal beauty of cashmere clothing and started “China Sonid International Fashion Week”.

　　蘇尼特右旗位於中國的正北方，這裡的絨毛産業始於1950年代，發展到1990年代末期，這一行業已經成為當地的重要支柱産業，羊絨也被當地人稱為“軟黃金”。由於地域原因，蘇尼特右旗的羊絨産品多數出口到蒙古國，僅蒙古國絨毛協會就和當地簽訂協議，每年收購1000噸洗凈山羊絨和5000噸洗凈羊毛。

Sonid Right Banner is located in due north of China. Cashmere and wool industry dates from 19th century 50s there and in late 19th century 90s, the industry became an important pillar industry of local economy. Cashmere is called “soft gold” by local people. Due to region, majority of cashmere products of Sonid Right Banner exported to Mongolia. Mongolia Cashmere and Wool Association signed with local and purchases 1 thousand tons of scoured cashmere and 5 thousand tons of scoured wool every year.

　　蘇尼特的羊絨産業近年來更加注重環保和創新，當地以羊毛紡織産業迴圈經濟園區為載體，依託內蒙古工業大學研發和創新力量，引進了20多家規模以上企業，目前産品種類達到70余種，産品除了在國內和蒙古國受到廣泛歡迎之外，還遠銷歐美等發達國家。

Cashmere industry of Sonid Right Banner paid more attention to environmental protection and innovation in recent years. Sonid introduced over 20 enterprises above designated size taking the circular economy parks of wool textile industry as the carrier and relying on R&D force of Inner Mongolia University of Technology. Now product categories are up to over 70. The products not only are widely welcomed in China and Mongolia, but also are exported to Europe, America and other developed countries.

　　蘇尼特右旗目前人口只有10萬人，根據當地規劃，到“十三五”期末，絨毛加工企業力爭達到70家，産值達到300億元，年可梳絨毛8000噸，爭取讓10000人從事這一産業。

The population of Sonid Right Banner is only 100 thousand now. According to the local plan, at the end of “The thirteenth Five-Year Plan”, Sonid will strive to make cashmere and wool processing enterprises reach 70, output reach 30 million yuan, carding cashmere and wool reach 8 thousand tons and put 1 thousand people to work on the industry.
