“我省城鎮危舊房治理三年行動計劃確定的目標任務，提前半年完成！”這個民生福音，近日從浙江省建設廳傳來。社會各界一片讚揚。

“Half a year ahead of schedule, Zhejiang has accomplished its goal set in the 3-year action plan for remediating shabby buildings in urban areas.” This livelihood good news, recently released by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, has been wildly hailed.

　　截至6月30日，全省累計完成城鎮危舊房治理19717幢、1289.5萬平方米，為城鎮危舊房治理三年行動計劃總量的100%！“通過‘騰、拆、修、控’等強力措施，我省全面消除了已經查明的城鎮住危舊宅房屋安全隱患。”省建設廳廳長項永丹介紹説，從19717幢危舊房的治理方式來看，採取成片改造2267幢，佔11.5%；維修加固5372幢，佔27.2%；重建和回購1610幢，佔8.2%；採取監控防危等其他措施10468幢，佔53.1%。“城鎮危舊房治理”——作為省政府確定的今年十方面民生實事之一，提前交出了第一份滿意答卷，向人民報告！

My dear citizens, the old house remediation in towns and cities, as one of ten welfare projects of People’s Government of Zhejiang in 2017, has been perfectly accomplished ahead of schedule!
