中國網浪潮資訊 “中巴友誼常存，我們互不相識，但我心裏有你。”7月26日，來自“巴基斯坦柯橋社區”的12位“外籍商人”在浙江省血液中心為杭州“七二一爆炸事件”獻血。Abdullah Afridi自發組織獻血，他們大部分都是第一次在中國獻血。

　　21日爆炸事故發生後，浙江省血液中心第一時間部署啟動緊急供血預案，全力保障傷者的救治用血。浙江省血液中心獻血服務一科的科長金志堅説，無償獻血，是以互助的精神，為拯救需要輸血的人，獻出自己血液的高尚事業，也是唯一安全的血液來源，這是世界各國的共識。

After the Explosion Event occurred on the 21th, Blood Centre Of Zhejiang Province deployed the emergency blood supply plan in the first time to fully ensure the treatment of blood for the injured.The Section Chief of First Family of Blood Donation Services in Blood Centre Of Zhejiang Province Jin Zhijian said that voluntary blood donation is the noble cause give our blood to save the people who need blood transfusion in the spirit of mutual aid,and it is the only safe source of blood. This is the consensus of all countries around the world.

　　Kiramatullah表示，在中國獻血是件非常重要的事情，獻血能拯救眾多患者的生命，減輕患者的痛苦。

Kiramatullah said that it is a very important thing to donate blood in China, blood donation can save a lot of patients' lives and alleviate their suffering.

　　據了解，世界上每秒鐘就有3個人需要輸血，而杭州的100多家醫院每天需要700至800人捐獻才可以滿足日常需要。因此，在大量血液發往醫院後，後續就需要有愛心人士獻血補充，才能持續不斷地保證臨床需求，保持動態平衡。

It is known that 3 people in the world need blood transfusions every second, and more than 100 hospitals in Hangzhou need 700 to 800 donations every day to meet their daily needs. Therefore, after a large amount of blood sent to the hospital, the follow-up will need warm-hearted people to donate blood for supplement，so as to continuously ensure the clinical demands and maintain the dynamic balance.

　　浙江省血液中心社會事務科科長嚴儼表示，夏季因氣候原因造成全球性的獻血淡季，又因高溫造成意外事故頻發段。血液庫存一般都處在相對低位，用血量又會有所加大。當有突發事件大量用血後，及時補充更顯重要。

According to Yan Yan who is the director of the Social Affairs Department of Blood Center Of Zhejiang Province that there is a global off-season of blood donation in summer caused by the climate and the high temperature causes frequent accidents. Blood stocks are generally relatively low and the dosage of blood increases. When there is a burst of blood use because of the emergencies, timely supplement is more important.

　　據悉，12位“外籍商人”和1位在紹興做生意的中國人，每人400毫升，共5200毫升。其中ARSALA在國外一共獻血25次，在中國還是第一次獻血。Abdullah Afridi對作者説，愛心獻血無國界，血液連接中巴兩國人民的友好往來。

It is reported that 12 “Foreign Merchants" and 1 Chinese who are doing business in Shaoxing donate 400 ml per person which totals 5,200 ml. Among them, ARSALA donated 25 times abroad and it was the first time for him to donate blood in China. Abdullah Afridi told reporter that the love blood donation has no boundary and the blood connects the friendly exchanges between the people in China and Pakistan.
