編者按：這裡是去年舉辦過“G20”峰會的城市，這裡有世界文化遺産“西湖”，這裡是中國大運河的最南端，這裡是中國人所稱的“人間天堂”。就在這裡，昨天發生了一起煤氣爆炸造成2人死亡40多人受傷的事故，然而事故發生的那一刻，除了現場的慘狀讓人痛心之外，一個個救人的場景，更讓人感動。今天，轉發當地媒體的文章，為這個城市療傷。

　　“很正常 ”，但讓人很感動

　　北京時間7月21日上午，古墩路商鋪爆燃事件中，杭城市民感人肺腑的善舉，再度涌現。

On the morning of July 21st Beijing time, in the accident of the shop explosion in the Gudun Road, the act that touches people deeply in the heart of Hangzhou citizens appear again.

　　過路的司機來了：的哥黃亞鋒途經事故點時，車輛已被殃及受損，在重新幫乘客打車後，他轉身便投入了救援，抱著傷者往安全的地方奔去。小區的保安來了：正在巡邏的張健平師傅移開壓在倒地傷者身上的玻璃窗，把她們背離現場。周圍的住戶也來了：租住在附近的張泉把4名傷者扶上自己的車，就近送醫後默默離去。而當媒體作者在事後採訪他們時，“我在現場，能幫就幫，很正常”“這是小事，真的沒什麼”，給出的回答出奇地一致。

The passing driver came: When taxi driver Huang Yafeng was passing through the accident point, the vehicles had been damaged.After helping the passengers to hail another taxi, he joined the rescue, carrying the injured to the safe area.The security of residential areas came: Zhang jianping, who was on patrol, removed the glass windows which are on the body of the injured, and brought them away from the scene. The surrounding households also come: Zhang quan, who rented the apartment nearby, took four of the wounded to his car and took them to the nearest hospital, leaving quietly. When reporters interviewed them, the same answers were given, "I'm on the spot, I can help, it's normal" , "It’s nothing".

　　眾所週知，城市管理難以做到所有細節的完美，意外狀況難免發生。在這一點上，沒有什麼能比擁有一群會在臨危一刻豁出性命去救人的市民，更加值得我們慶倖和嘉許。

It is well known that city management is difficult to achieve perfection of all the details, unexpected accidents are inevitable. Nothing can be more appreciative and rewarding than having a group of citizens who are ready to rike their life to save people at a critical moment.

　　這樣的場景也並不是第一次發生在杭州。3年前的“7·5”公交縱火案發當天，杭城街頭就涌現出了眾多見義勇為的市民，用他們奮不顧身的義舉，為困在熊熊烈火中的乘客們打開了一個個突圍的通道，這個英雄的群體後來被評為了全國2014年度法治人物。

Such scene doesn’s happen in Hangzhou for the first time. Three year ago, on the day of the crime“July 5th Bus Burn”, many brave citizens in Hangzhou were regardless of their danger to create safe channels for passengers trapped in roaring flames. The hroic group then were elected as people of legal construction in 2014.

　　災難面前、危急關頭，最能感受一座城市的溫度。他們口中的“很正常”的事，卻是事關生死的見義勇為和義無反顧。也正是這些閃耀著人性光輝的場景，最終拼湊出了杭州市民的群像，拼湊出了整個城市的氣節。這些名字，這些故事，值得被人們屢屢提及，反覆傳頌。

We can deeply feel the warmth of a city in face of disasters and at a critical juncture. The “common act” spoken from their mouth is exactly the spirit of doing boldly what is righteous in an important juncture of life and death. just these spots shining the briliance of humanity puzzle the images of Hangzhou citizens and the integrity of city. These names and stories deserve being mentioned and eulogized everwhere repetitively.

　　眼下，愛心仍在涌動。網路上血庫告急的獻血呼籲，得到了網友的集體轉發，街頭采血點前排起了長隊。新聞動態報道的評論區，滿是祈禱傷者早日康復的祝福。這也許也很正常，但這難道不也讓人感動麼？

At present, loving hearts are still active. 　　總有外地的朋友跟我説，很喜歡杭州這個城市，不單是因為風景秀麗和歷史底蘊，更是因為這個城市裏的人，好到能把你“寵壞”，城市治安讓人安心，斑馬線前無需忐忑，生命墜落時有人傾力托舉，危難那一刻有人挺身而出。人，成了城市最美的風景，把世人深深吸引。

Friends in the other cities often tell me that they like Hangzhou very much. Besides the fine scenery and historical details, people in the city is friendly enough to “spoil” you. Safe city public security, methodical traffic envionment, warm-hearted citizens make people feel at ease. People in this city become the most beauteous scenery attracting everyone.

　　大愛無言，靜水流深。一個地方能陸續出現最美媽媽、最美司機、最美警察等好人美事，從來就不是偶然，背後是成千上萬個平凡市民的好人群像。在關鍵時刻涌現的“大愛”，正是日常生活中無數“小愛”的集中爆發，是最美的土壤孕育出的最美果實。而這些碩果在人間大愛的交互傳遞中，還會繼續成為新的種子，在這片道德高地上生根發芽。這種直抵人心的傳承，無懼時間的侵蝕，更將為中華民族深厚的道德積澱增添更多鮮活的時代注解。在杭州，這很正常，但，真的讓人很感動。

Great love is without word, still waters run deep. The successive appearance of“the most beautiful” mother, driver, policeman, etc. in a city is never an accidence. What is in the back is the high-quality images of a goup of thousands of common citizens.
