And Hisadumi Miro, the Japanese who has started up business in Hangzhou for 20 years, and has been obtained the permanent residence permit for foreigners said, he loves Hangzhou more than Hangzhou people.

        數據顯示，杭州有常住外國人口1.6萬，其中包含大量的“外籍創客”，他們有的做出口外貿，有的做跨境電商，有的做文化創意，還有的做科技研發，成為杭州城市國際化戰略下一道靚麗的風景。這些“外籍創客”主要聚居在濱江和未來科技城。

        分析稱常住外國人口是一個城市國際化程度的重要衡量指標。不管是留學生、企業高管，還是“外籍創客”，這些群體的存在，不僅加強了國與國之間的經貿往來，也促進了文化交流。

The analyzation said that the resident foreign population is an important measure of the internationalization of a city, whatever the overseas students, executives and “ foreign entrepreneurs ” , the existence of these groups, not only strengthen the economic and trade exchanges between countries, but also promote cultural exchanges.
