中國網浪潮資訊  北京時間7月7日至9日，中國EAP行業峰會將在杭州召開。屆時，全國80位理事委員、21家理事單位、120名EDAP（國際認證EAP專員）、800多名資深會員將齊聚杭州，共同討論EAP的發展。

CNCAO NEWS The China EAP Industry Summit will be held on July 7-9 in Hangzhou, when 80 council members, 21 council units, 120 EDAPs and over 800 senior members from around the country will get together in Hangzhou to discuss EAP development.

　　EAP是英文Employee Assistance Program的簡稱，是企業組織為員工提供系統的、長期的援助與福利項目。

Employee Assistance Program, or EAP in short, is a long-term program of assistance and benefits for workers in enterprises or organizations.

　　中國EAP行業已經有了19年的長足發展，中國EAP峰會、EAP學術年會已經走過了5年曆程。EAP如何順應潮流，在國家健康戰略、企業健康戰略框架下得到發展，以促進組織和員工的健康和諧，是中國EAP的重要使命。

China's EAP industry can be dated back to 19 years ago, and the China EAP Summit and Annual EAP Academic Conference were first held five years ago. How to fit in with China’s national and enterprise health strategies are China EAP’s mission, which aims to promote the harmonic interaction between employees and institutions.

　　此次峰會首次在杭州舉辦，與會專家將進行包括“中國EAP行業發展總結與反思”“國家健康戰略及當今EAP服務”“國際EAP進展及實踐反思”“中國人力資源的困境與出路”等主題報告，還將進行EAP專家、EAP供應商和企業客戶三方共六場論壇，以及經典案例與最佳實踐分享。

It is the first time that the summit is held in Hangzhou. The conference guests will give speeches on topics including “Summary and Introspection on China EAP Industry Development,” “National Health Strategy and Current EAP Service,” “International EAP Evolvement and Reflection on Practice,” and “Dilemma and Solutions of China’s HR Industry.” There will be six forums sharing the most classic cases and best practices.
