中國網浪潮資訊 香港回歸20週年後，成為中國內地最大的外資來源地和境外融資平臺；分析指出，浙江是與香港合作聯繫最緊密的內地省份之一。數據顯示，截至2017年6月，86家在中國境外上市的浙江企業中，有50家選擇在香港上市。

　　1997年5月，浙江滬杭甬高速公路股份有限公司在香港聯交所成功掛牌上市，首次募集資金折合人民幣36.85億元，創造了浙江省一次性引進外資數額最大的紀錄。此後，綠城中國、吉利汽車、銀泰百貨、浙商銀行、阿里巴巴等多家浙江企業赴香港上市。

In May 1997, Zhejiang Expressway co., Ltd was listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(SEHK) successfully, for the first time to raise funds equivalent to 3,685 million yuan, has created the largest amount of record of one-time introduce foreign capital in Zhejiang province. Since then, Greentown China, Geely Auto, Intime Department Store, China Zheshang Bank, Alibaba and other Zhejiang enterprises listed in Hong Kong.

　　20年來，港股市值漲了7倍多，上市公司數量增加了2倍多，日均交易額增長了4倍多。

In the past 20 years, the market value of Hong Kong stocks has risen by more than 7 times, the number of listed companies has increased by more than 2 times, and the average daily turnover has increased by more than 4 times.

　　分析稱，赴香港上市有助於浙江企業更好地走出去，與國際市場接軌，在打通國際市場的情況下，也有助於浙江企業進一步實現跨國投資、並購等。

Analysts said that the listing in Hong Kong will help Zhejiang enterprises go out and communicate with the international market better, but also help Zhejiang enterprises to further realize cross-border investment, merger and acquisition and so on in the case of opening up the international market。
