中國網浪潮資訊   北京時間6月28日，阿里巴巴集團宣佈，計劃斥資約10億美元增持東南亞領先電商平臺Lazada，將持股比例由51%提升至83%，強力推進全球化戰略佈局。

CNCAO NEWS On June 28 Beijing Time, Alibaba Group announced to spend around one billion to increase holdings of Lazada, leading platform of electronic business in Southeast Asia, with shareholding ratio from 51％ to 83％. It will be a powerful promotion in strategic layout of globalization.

　　據悉，此次交易對Lazada隱含估值為31.5億美元。此次交易之後，阿里巴巴對Lazada投資總額將超過20億美元。

It is known that the hidden value of this trade to Lazada is 3.15 billion dollars and after this transaction, the gross assets of Alibaba's holdings in Lazada will exceed 2 billion dollars.

　　Lazada是東南亞最大的電商平臺，在産品、服務、消費體驗上均表現出引領整個東南亞地區的能力。阿里巴巴2017財年財報顯示，速賣通、Lazada平臺的年度活躍海外買家數合計達到8300萬。

Lazada is the largest electronic business platform in Southeast Asia whose products, service and consumption experience all shows its ability to lead whole Southeast Asia region. According to Alibaba's financial report of 2017, the annual number of active overseas buyers of Alibaba Express and Lazada platform reached 83 million.

　　過去一年，阿里巴巴和Lazada合力在跨境交易、物流上取得了多項進展。阿里巴巴方面希望通過Lazada平臺及其物流、倉儲、配送體系，有效觸達印尼、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡等東南亞市場的5.6億消費者。

In the past year, Alibaba and Lazada jointly achieved dozens of improvement in cross-border transactions and logistics. In the view of Alibaba, it hopes to effectively reach 560 million customers in Southeast Asian market, including countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore via platform of Lazada and its logistics, storage and distribution system.
