中國網浪潮資訊 北京時間6月23日上午，浙江吉利控股集團與馬來西亞多元資源工業集團（DRB-HICOM）簽約，收購DRB-HICOM旗下寶騰（PROTON）汽車49.9%股份。同時，收購豪華跑車品牌路特斯（Lotus）公司51%的股份。

　　在吉利集團與DRB-HICOM簽約之後，馬來西亞總理納吉布坐上吉利博越體驗，其中的語音智慧系統等先進設施讓他感到非常新奇，頻頻豎起大拇指。

　　馬來西亞方面還提出，針對東盟市場，吉利隨時可以為寶騰提供排他性特權，吉利還將把寶騰的研發中心設立為其在東盟地區的卓越技術中心，作為對吉利全球已設立的研發中心的重要補充。

Malaysia also put forward that for the ASEAN Market, Geely can provide exclusive privileges for PROTON at any time,and Geely will also set up PROTON's research and development center as its excellent technology center in the ASEAN region as an important complement to the global research and development center established by Geely.

　　據了解，此次吉利集團與DRB-HICOM簽約後，將成為吉利集團收購沃爾沃汽車、倫敦計程車公司之後又一次海外並購的大手筆。儘管這次收購的股份為49.9%，但對吉利集團來説，將迎來新一輪技術、人才等資源要素的融合共用，也為中馬兩國推進“一帶一路”做出了企業自身的貢獻。
