中國網浪潮資訊  日前，浙江省政府印發《浙江省人民政府辦公廳關於推進足球改革發展的實施意見》（以下簡稱“《實施意見》”）。根據《實施意見》，浙江力爭到2025年具備承辦FIFA世界盃分賽區的條件和能力。

　　據了解，新出臺的《實施意見》共有調整改革各級足球協會、支援推動職業足球俱樂部改革發展、推進校園足球改革發展、推進社會足球普及發展等七個部分共41條，提出將全面提升浙江省足球運動水準。

　　根據《實施意見》要求，2025年浙江省校園足球特色學校達到3000所，組建3000支以上校園足球隊伍，吸引百萬名青少年學生參加各級各類校園足球培訓、競賽和足球文化活動；普通高校足球選修課開設率達到90%；2020年全省建有社會標準足球場150個以上，到2025年實現全省90%以上鄉鎮有簡易足球場。同時，爭取在“十三五”期間啟動建設1個大型專業足球比賽場，以滿足承辦國際大型足球賽事的條件和能力。
