中國網浪潮資訊  在日前舉行的中印（溫州）鞋革全産業鏈産能合作交流會上，印度北方邦向溫州鞋革企業拋出繡球，力邀溫商前去投資，並表示，印度鞋業市場是一塊“大蛋糕”。

CNCAO NEWS On the China and India (Wenzhou) Shoe Industrial Chain Production Capacity Cooperation Exchange Meeting which is held recently, Uttar Pradesh threw a ball to Wenzhou shoe enterprises and fully invited Wenzhou businessmen to invest. They also said Indian shoe market was a  “big cake”.

　　據介紹，印度是近年來涌現的新興市場，正在快速發展，市場規模和發展潛力巨大，成為海外投資新的方向。隨著當地工薪階層人口的日益增長，印度人對正式場合鞋類的需求也正在增長。為了發展鞋業，印度政府不僅免除了部分消費稅，還設立了專業的製革行業的工業園區。　

According to introduction, India is an emerging market in recent years and it is developing rapidly with huge market size and development potential, and it also becomes a new direction of overseas investment. With the growing population of Working-class, Indian demand for official shoes is also growing. In order to develop the shoe industry, the Indian government has not only exempted part of the sales tax, but also established  professional leather industrial park.　　

　　據統計，印度每年生産各類鞋子20.65億雙，國內鞋類年消費量22億雙（每人平均1.8雙），位居全球前三。

According to the statistics, India produces 2.065 billion pairs of various shoes each year and the domestic shoe consumption is 2.2 billion pairs (1.8 pairs per person), which ranks top three in the world.　　

　　然而，儘管印度的鞋類生産單位超過15000家，但其中85%為家庭作坊，鞋業市場存在“多、散、亂”的現象。　　

However, although there are more than 15, 000 shoe producing units in India, 85% of them are family businesses and there exists "Miscellaneous, Scattered, and Disorderly" phenomenon in the shoe market.　　

　　印度方面表示，溫州鞋類企業將給印度市場提供發展經驗。　　

India says Wenzhou shoe enterprises will provide development experience for Indian market.　　

　　印度北方邦（Uttar Pradesh）位於印度北部，2011年人口將近2億，是當今世界上人口最多的省級行政單位。經濟總量居全印度第二。在製造業方面居全印度第五位。　　

Uttar Pradesh locates in northern India with the population of nearly 200 million in 2011. It is the most populous provincial administrative unit in the world today. The economy is the second largest in India and its manufacturing industry ranks fifth in India.　　

　　北方邦首府勒克瑙市（Lucknow）是印度的“女鞋鞋城”，今年4月與溫州建立了友好交流城市關係。　　

The capital of Uttar pradesh Lucknow is India's “Women's Shoes City” and it established a friendly relationship with Wenzhou in April this year.
