中國網浪潮資訊  來自義大利的法比奧是浙江永康的首位外籍民間河長。近日，法比奧對作者説，他之所以報名成為河長，是因為在他看來“讓我們的城市更乾淨是我們的責任。我想讓孩子和家人們在非常乾淨、安全的環境生活。

CNCAO NEWS Fabio coming from Italy is the first foreign folk river chief of Yongkang, Zhejiang. Recently, Fabio told reporters, he applied to be river chief because in his view, “making our city be cleaner is our duty. I want that my children and family can live in a very clean and safe environment.

　　自從成為河長後，法比奧每天都參與巡河。　　

Since became the river chief, Fabio has taken part in touring rivers every day.　

　　12年前，法比奧跟著父親來到了浙江永康。如今，法比奧在當地娶妻生子，永康已成為他的第二故鄉。　

12 years ago, Fabio came to Yongkang Zhejiang following his father. Now, Fabio married and has children locally. Yongkang has been his second home.　

　　回顧在浙江的十幾年，法比奧表示，浙江變化很大，不僅公共服務更加完善，環境也有了很大改善；對他而言，來到浙江生活和工作，是一個正確的決定。

Reviewing over 10 years in Zhejiang, Fabio said, Zhejiang changed a lot. Public services were better, and environment has improved a lot. For him, it is a right decision to live and work in Zhejiang.

　　河長制是浙江“五水共治”的制度創新和關鍵之舉。近年來，浙江以河長制為牽引，全面推動治水。目前，河長制這一浙江經驗已被正式向中國各省市推廣。　

The River Chief System is institutional innovation and  a key act of Zhejiang “A total of five water treatment”. In recent years, using the River Chief System as the traction, Zhejiang all-round implements water treatment. Right now, Zhejiang experience of the River Chief System has been officially spread to provinces throughout China.
