中國網浪潮資訊  北京時間6月8日，第三屆中東歐博覽會、第十九屆浙洽會、第十六屆消博會（以下簡稱“三會”）將在浙江寧波開幕。作者從“三會”組委會獲悉，截至目前主題論壇共將簽約項目34個，共投資665.4億元人民幣，同時，“三會”吸引了來自61個國家和地區的境內外賓客16408名齊聚寧波。

　　

　　CNCAO NEWS On June 8, Beijing Time, the third China-CEEC Investment & Trade Expo, the 19th China Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium and the 16th China International Consumer Goods Fair (initiated in "the three fairs") will be inaugurated in Ningbo. Journalist has learnt from the organizing committee of "the three fairs" that up to now, there have already been 34 projects to be signed in the forum with total investment as high as 66.54 billion yuan. At the same time, "the three fairs" has also attracted both inbound and outbound tourists from 61 countries and regions, whose amount reaches the number of 16,408 to gather in Ningbo.

　　浙江省商務廳副廳長張錢江表示，本屆“三會”將繼續按照開放、創新、務實、高效、節儉、安全的原則，緊緊圍繞國家“一帶一路”和長江經濟帶戰略，以“釋放合作潛力，促進互利共贏”為主題，通過舉辦投資洽談、展覽交易、會議論壇、人文交流等系列活動，進一步加快對外開放步伐，全面提升浙江國際化水準。

　　

　　According to Zhang Qianjiang, the vice-department chief of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, this year's "the three fairs" will continue on the principles of being open, innovation, practicality, high-effectiveness, austerity and safety, as well as focusing on "the Belt and Road" Initiative and the strategy of the Yangtze River economic zone in China along with taking "releasing cooperative potential and promoting the situation of mutual benefits and win-win" as the theme to take a further step in speeding in opening-up to get the internationalization level in Zhejiang be comprehensively lifted via holding a series of activities such as investment negotiation, trade exhibition, conferences and forums, people-to-people exchanges and so on.

　　

　　據介紹，第十九屆浙洽會包括1場主題論壇、7項專場活動、7項城市活動。主題論壇上將有重大項目簽約，與會專家還將圍繞中國（浙江）自由貿易試驗區、義甬舟開放大通道、人工智慧、創業創新等進行演講和對話。

　　

　　It is said that the 19th China Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium includes a themed forum, seven special activities and seven urban activities. On the themed forum, not only some significant projects will be signed, but present experts will also deliver speeches as well as conversations oriented in themes of China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, "Yiwu-Ningbo-Zhoushan" Grand Opening Channel, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and innovation, etc.

　　

　　同時，博覽會還具有海內外參會嘉賓規格高、國家部委參與力度大等亮點。截至目前，組委會共邀請到來自61個國家和地區的境內外賓客16408名，其中團組85個。這些客人中，10539人來自境外，包括中東歐國家客商3210名，消博會採購商4810名。

　　

　　Meanwhile, there are also highlights in the high specification of inbound and outbound guests presenting in this time's exhibitions, high participation intensity of national ministries and so on. So far, the organizing committee has already invited 16,408 inbound and outbound guests from 61 nations and regions to attend in, including 85 teams. Among those, there are 10,539 oversea guests, including 3,210 travelling traders from central and eastern European countries(CEEC) as well as 4,810 purchasers for the Consumer Goods Fair.

　　

　　值得關注的是，浙洽會在促進項目簽約和推出招商項目方面的平臺作用進一步凸顯。截止目前，主題論壇共將簽約項目34個，共投資665.4億元人民幣。

　　

　　It is need to be pay attention to that the effectiveness on promoting projects signing along with the platform for projects of business invitation provided by China Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium has been prominent further. Until now, there have already been 34 projects to be signed in the forum with total investment as high as 66.54 billion yuan.

　　

　　張錢江表示，與前十八屆相比，今年的浙洽會在主題、內容以及形式等三方面都有較大創新，今年的安排設計更加緊密圍繞國家戰略和浙江省委省政府發展的重大舉措。

　　

　　Zhang states that compared to the former 18 times, this year's China Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium has comparatively great creativity in its theme, contents and form, whose design and arrangement is more closely to the national strategies and big measures developed by Party committee and provincial government of Zhejiang province.

　　

　　“三會”組委會辦公室副主任、寧波市商務委副主任剛勇在發佈會上表示，“三會”期間，國家質檢總局、海關總署分別與中東歐及相關國家舉行合作論壇或對話會，發表宣言，簽署備忘錄等，使博覽會日漸成為我國推進“一帶一路”經貿協商機制的國家級平臺。

　　

　　Gang Yong, the deputy director of office of "the three fairs" organizing committee and the same position of commerce commission of Ningbo, states in the press conference that during the time of "the three fairs" being held, General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ) and General Administration of Customs (GAC) will respectively hold the cooperative forums or conversation conferences with CEEC and other relevant countries to issue a manifesto along with signing a memento to render the exhibitions to be a national stage for China to promote the economic and trade negotiation mechanism of "the Belt and Road" step by step.
