  早在2002年,時任中共浙江省委書記的習近平就指出,浙江港口可以發展成全國之最甚至世界之最。十五年來,歷屆浙江省委始終把浙江港口發展作為重中之重。

As early as 2002,Xi Jinping pointed out that Zhejiang Ports could develop best in the country even in the world when he was the Secretary of Zhejiang Communist Party of China. Over the past 15 years, all previous Zhejiang Provincial Committee have always made Zhejiang Ports Development as the top priority.

  2005年寧波-舟山港管委會設立,浙江港口整合大幕初啟。

The Ningbo-Zhoushan Port Administrative Committee was set up in 2005 and Zhejiang Ports Integration started preliminarily.

  2015年9月29日,寧波港集團、舟山港集團重組為寧波舟山港集團。隨後一年內,浙江先後完成了全省海洋港口的一體化整合,形成了以寧波舟山港為主體和樞紐,嘉興港、溫州港、台州港、義烏陸港以及內河港口聯動發展的新格局。

On September 29, 2015, Ningbo Port Group and Zhoushan Port Group were restructured into Ningbo-zhoushan Port Group. Then in one year, Zhejiang has completed the integration of sea ports in whole province, formed a new pattern of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as main body and hub, Jiaxing Port, Wenzhou Port, Taizhou Port, Yiwu Land Port and inland ports developing together.

  2016年,寧波舟山港成為全球首個“9億噸”大港,貨物吞吐量連續8年位居全球第一。截至2016年底,浙江省海港投資運營集團合併資産總額1003億元,凈資産近700億元。

In 2016, Ningbo-zhoushan Port became the world's first "900 million Tons" Port, with the largest cargo throughput in the world for 8 consecutive years. By the end of 2016, the total consolidated assets of Zhejiang Seaport Investment and Operation Group were RMB 100.3 billion yuan and the net asset was nearly 70 billion yuan.

  4月19日,中國首艘2萬噸級江海直達船在舟山開建,這是浙江搶抓發展機遇生動一幕。

On April 19, China's first two-thousand-ton Sea-river-through Ship was set up in Zhoushan and it was a vivid scene of Zhejiang seizing new development opportunity.

  江海直達運輸是世界航運的重要組成部分,許多航運發達國家十分重視江海直達運輸。西歐、美國、巴西等內河航運發達的國家(地區),江海直達運輸已達到相當高的水準。2016年中國國務院批復浙江舟山成立江海聯運服務中心。

Sea-river-through Transportation is an important part of world shipping. Many developed shipping countries attach great importance to Sea-river-through Transportation. The Sea-river-through Transportation of developed inland water transportation countries (regions) like Western Europe, the United States, Brazil and other countries has reached quite high levels. In 2016,China State Council replied Zhejiang Zhoushan to set up River-Sea Combined Transportation Service Center.

  此前,中國發展江海直達運輸的最大瓶頸在於沒有能夠滿足海進江、江進海的船型。中國首艘2萬噸級江海直達船在舟山開建,破解這一難題。

Previously, the biggest bottleneck in China's development of Sea-river-through Transportation was that there was no ship type could meet the need of Sea-to-River or River-to-Sea. China's first 20, 000-ton Sea-river-through Ship was built in Zhoushan and it solved the problem.

  數據顯示,2016年,寧波舟山港“一帶一路”航線升至82條,全年航班達到4412班,全年箱量升至908萬標準箱。其中,東南亞航線從20條增至目前的28條,覆蓋了越南、泰國、馬來西亞、新加坡等東南亞主要國家,成為東南亞國家輸往日韓、北美等地國際貿易貨源的重要轉机站。

According to the data, "The Belt and Road" route of Ningbo-zhoushan Port rose to 82 and the number of flights for the whole year was 4,412. And The total number of containers rose to 9.08 million standard containers in 2016. Among them, the southeast Asia routes has increased from 20 to present 28, covered Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and other major countries in southeast Asia and became an important transit point for the southeast Asian countries trading international trade sources to countries like Japan, South Korea and North America.
