當前，站在對外開放新起點的浙江正積極打造高品質外資集聚地，以吸引更多的外國投資者。6月9日，第十九屆浙江投資貿易洽談會介紹了《浙江省人民政府關於擴大對外開放積極利用外資的實施意見》，為在浙外資企業送出大禮包，還發佈了2016年度全省利用外資十大縣（市、區）、十大開發區、十大外商投資出口企業和外商投資企業履行社會責任示範企業。

　　

　　At present, Zhejiang, in its new starting point of going out, has been on its way to play an active role in build a high-qualified gathering place of foreign capital to attract more overseas investors. On June 9, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government Implementing Opinion of Active Use of Foreign Capital to Open Wider to the Outside World has been introduced in the 19th China Zhejiang investment and Trade Symposium, which is a gift to foreign-funded entreprises in Zhejiang. And the lists of ten counties (county-level cities or districts) making best use of foreign capital, ten great development zones, ten foreign-invested export enterprises and model companies with overseas investment of fulfilling social responsibility in 2016 have also been published.
