中國網浪潮資訊近日,浙江大學高分子係研發出了新型石墨烯膜。據了解,這種石墨烯膜非常柔韌,能夠承受反覆折疊和彎曲。
CNCAO NEWS Recently,Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,Zhejiang University developed new grapheme film.As known,the grapheme film is very flexible,and can handle repeating folding and bending.
浙江大學高分子係教授高超表示,新型石墨烯膜的高導熱性刷新了世界紀錄,是目前世界上導熱性最好的可折疊材料。相關成果日前已發表在國際著名期刊《先進材料》,研究得到國家自然科學基金及國家重點研發計劃資助。
Gao Chao,a professor of Department of Polymer Science and Engineering,Zhejiang University said,high-thermal conductivity of new graphene film set a new world record.It is a foldable material with the best thermal conductivity in the world now.The other day,relevant achievements have been published in an internationally recognized journal“Advanced Materials”.The research was funded by The Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key R&D Plan.
據介紹,將這種石墨烯膜替代現在市場上的商用石墨膜,應用於手機散熱膜上,發現手機CPU處的溫度可以控制在33攝氏度以下,相對商用石墨膜降低6攝氏度。
It is introduced that replace commercial graphite film now on the market with the graphene film,and apply to heat spreader of mobile phones,we will find the temperature of mobile phones’CPU can keep under 33℃,6℃lower than commercial graphite film.

據介紹,可彎曲的電子産品和許多航太器都需要加工過程複雜的散熱部件。在這些領域,高超團隊的新型石墨烯膜都有望發揮重要作用。
It is said,flexible electronic products and many spacecrafts need auto radiators with complicated machining processes.In these areas,new graphene film of Gao Chao’s team will play an important role.
