中國網浪潮資訊 近日，作者從杭州市經信委獲悉，杭州直聯點企業側工程已具備上線運作條件，將於6月6日正式開通。

　　CNCAO NEWS Recently, journalist has known from Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology that side projects of entreprises with straight point in Hangzhou has already acquired the ability to be operated online and it will be officially opened on June 6.

　　據了解，國家級網際網路骨幹直聯點是國家的重要通信樞紐，主要用於匯聚和疏通區域乃至全國網間通信流量，是中國網際網路網間互聯架構的頂層關鍵環節。

　　It is said that the national Internet backbone straight point is the key communication center in China, which is mainly used for converge and dredge of network traffic flow in districts and the whole county, playing a significant role in internetwork architecture of Chinese internet.

　　杭州成為國家級網際網路骨幹直聯點，除了對産業發展有極大地促進作用，對杭州市民日常生活也有重要影響。最直接的就是上網速度將大大提升，網路延時也會進一步縮短。

　　Not only could Hangzhou being the national Internet backbone straight point greatly enhance the industrial development, but it would also hugely influence Hangzhou citizens' daily life. The most direct influence will be the solely promoted internet speed and the network delay will further decrease.

　　相關數據顯示，網際網路骨幹直聯點開通後，網間延時降低60%以上，從120毫秒降低到40毫秒以下，丟包率降低90%以上，網路響應速度提高85%以上，杭州的各項網路指標將比肩北京、上海、廣州。

　　Relevant data shows that since the opening of the national Internet backbone straight points, network delay time has decreased over 60％, from 120 milliseconds to less than 40 milliseconds, with packet loss rate decreasing over 90％ as well as network response rate increasing over 85％. Diverse network indexes in Hangzhou will march the counterpart in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhong shoulder to shoulder.l

　　目前，全國已建成北京、上海、廣州、成都、鄭州等10個直聯點，杭州是2016年新增設的3個直聯點城市之一。

　　Currently, there are ten straight points constructed in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhong, Chengdu, Zhenzhou and other places in China, among which Hangzhou is one of the three cities which are petited in 2016.
