中國網浪潮資訊 近日，抓拍神器全球眼出現在杭州馬路。據了解，全球眼只要設定好之後，就可以自動360度無死角抓拍路面違停。目前，杭州已有屬於不同區域的主要道路9條馬路啟用全球眼。

　　據介紹，全球眼能對機動車進行精準檢測，發現違停車輛，就會立即提取定位資訊，並利用定位資訊對違停車進行跟蹤放大。一旦違停車的號牌放大到可識別，抓拍球就將對其進行定位特寫抓拍，生成違法記錄。取證完畢後，球機就會回到檢測預置位，繼續檢測管控範圍內有無其他違停車輛。

　　數據顯示，今年1到5月，杭州交警通過“全球眼”在內的各類監控，已查處“不按規定臨時停車影響其他車輛和行人通行”以及“不按規定停放影響其他車輛和行人通行”的交通違法行為882766起和564071起，分別排在各類非現場交通違法行為首位和第三位。
