中國網浪潮資訊 日前，在位於浙江紹興的海濱工業園區，投資1.7億元人民幣的餐廚垃圾處理廠正式動工，預計將在2018年6月建成國內一流、國際先進的餐廚垃圾處理中心。

CNCAO NEWS  The kitchen waste processing plant at the coastal industrial park in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, which is invested 170 million yuan, officially started recently and are expected to become the domestic first-class and international advanced kitchen waste processing plant center. 

　　該項目佔地面積約50畝，是中國第五批餐廚廢棄物資源利用示範項目，擬建處理能力為200噸/日的餐廚垃圾處理廠。

The project covers an area of about 50 mu and is the fifth batch of Chinese kitchen waste resource utilization demonstration project. It is planned to be a kitchen refuse processing plant that the processing capacity is 200 tons/day.  

　　據介紹，該餐廚垃圾處理工程最大的特點是垃圾資源化，對餐廚垃圾進行分選處理，最大限度回收垃圾中的有機質，具有一定的經濟效益。

According to the introduction, the biggest characteristic of the kitchen waste processing project is the recycling of garbage. It sorts the kitchen waste, recycles the organic matter in the garbage furthest and has some economic benefits.

　　同時，紹興計劃投資1億元人民幣新建處理能力為200噸/日的廚余垃圾生産線，與餐廚垃圾項目配套。

At the same time, in order to complete with the kitchen waste project, Shaoxing plan to invest one hundred million yuan to establish new kitchen waste production line that the processing capacity is 200 tons per day.  

　　分析指出，餐廚垃圾處理一直是中國固體廢物處理行業的一大難題，目前處於非常關鍵的階段。

It is analyzed that kitchen waste processing has been a major problem in China's solid waste treatment industry and now is at a very critical stage.
