中國網浪潮資訊 近日，杭州市政府發佈《杭州市重大建設項目“十三五”規劃》。規劃顯示，到2020年，杭州要推進500個重大建設項目，力爭完成重大項目投資1.1萬億元以上，相當於紐西蘭約一年的GDP總值。
