中國網浪潮資訊 杭州市民政局日前出臺《杭州市臨時救助辦法》（以下簡稱《辦法》）。根據《辦法》，持有有效護照居住在杭州市且有困難發生在本市的外籍人員等可被列入救助範圍。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs has published Interim Measures for assistance of Hangzhou(initiated Measures), according to which foreign personnel with valid passport living in Hangzhou could also be included in the scope of relief once encountering difficulties in Hangzhou.

　　除擴大救助範圍外，新《辦法》還提高了補助標準，細化了救助分類。

Apart from the extension of the scope, the new Measures has also raised subsidy standards as well as dividing the classification of aid more detailed.

　　杭州市民政局方面稱，新《辦法》充分體現了杭州在發展進程中“以人為中心”和“城市國際化”的特點。

According to Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, the new Measures has fully demonstrated the characters, being "people-oriented" and "internationalization of the city", of Hangzhou on its developmental way.

　　據悉，杭州自2009年建立臨時救助制度以來，已累計救助困難對象19.85萬人次，共支出救助金2.65億元人民幣。新《辦法》將於5月25日實施。

It is said that since Hangzhou set up the interim measures for assistance, it has already helped over 198,500 people with the cost of 265-million-yuan subsidy. The new Measures will be implemented in May 25.
