中國網浪潮資訊 日前，一項針對機場防控無人機的最新現場測試顯示，一套干擾系統建立的“電子圍欄”可實現半徑10公里全方位防控，確保機場凈空保護區的飛行安全。

　　CNCAO NEWS,Recently, a new field test for airport unmanned aerial vehicle showed,a set of electronic fence built by a jamming system can realize a full range of 10 km radius prevention and  control,to ensure flight safety in the airport clearance protection zone.

　　近年來，無人機在航拍、農業、測繪等領域作用日益顯現，但同時也屢闖空中“禁區”。業內人士介紹，如果重量為10Kg的無人機與飛行速度900Km/H的飛機相撞，衝擊力將達到125萬牛頓。其能量不亞於一顆小口徑炮彈，會直接洞穿機體，造成機毀人亡。

　　In recent years, the role of UAVhas become increasingly apparent in aerial photography, agriculture, and mapping,but at the same time, it also has  intruded into the air”forbidden zone" repeatedly.Insiders said that if UAV , weights 10Kg collided with the aircraft which the speed is  900Km/H ,the impact force will reach 1,250 Newtons.Its energy is no less than a small caliber shell, it will through the body directly, causing the plane crash.

　　據了解， “電子圍欄”技術採用無線電探測技術切斷無人機與遙控器的信號連接，使無人機無法接受指令並按自帶GPS系統原路返回地面，實現電子干擾。

　　It is understand that the "electronic fence" technology to cut off the signalconnection between UAV and remote-control, by using the radio detection technology,so that UAV can not accept the instructions and  to return to the ground using their own GPS system, to achieve the electronic interference.

　　杭州機場相關負責人再次提醒，從事通用航空飛行活動的單位、個人，未經批准擅自飛行、未按批准的飛行計劃飛行、不及時報告或者漏報飛行動態、未經批准飛入空中限制區域和空中危險區域的，將由有關部門按照職責分工責令改正，給予警告；造成重大事故或嚴重後果的，依照刑法追究刑事責任。

　　The units and individuals who have engaged in general aviation flight activities, flying without approval, failing to fly in accordance with the approved flight plan, failing to report or omit the flight dynamics in time, flying into the air restricted area and the airborne dangerous area ,without permission, will be ordered to correct by the relevant departments in accordance with the division of responsibilities,and be given a warning.Who caused a major accident or serious consequences, will be pursued criminal responsibility,in accordance with the criminal law.
