中國網浪潮資訊 北京時間5月17日,農業部牽頭組建的中國茶産業聯盟在浙江省杭州市舉行成立儀式,該聯盟聯合了157家大型茶葉企業集團及科研單位,將聚力技術創新、共創品牌、共拓市場,引領做強中國茶産業,助力農業轉型升級。
CNCAO NEWS On May 17th Beijing time, China Tea Industry Alliance which was leaded by Ministry of Agriculture to form held an establishment ceremony in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. This alliance combined 157 large tea enterprise groups and scientific research units to gather strength for technology innovation, brand building, expanding the market, leading and strengthening the China tea industry and helping agricultural transformation and upgrading.
據聯盟相關人士介紹,聯盟將從四個方面發力推動中國茶産業向創品牌、強産業方面發展。首先,將推進科企加強合作,共同推進茶樹育種創新、技術整合創新、加工工藝創新、産品創新。針對符合品質要求的原料供應不能滿足企業需求的問題,引導企業通過訂單生産、股份合作等多種形式,與農民合作社共建緊密型茶葉生産基地。發展種苗統繁統供、病蟲統防統治、肥料統配統施等社會化服務,保障茶葉品質安全和原料穩定供應。
According to alliance’s relevant personage introduction, the alliance would force from four aspects to promote China tea industry to develop to build brands and strength industry. First, it will promote cooperation among scientific institutions and enterprises to advance the tea breeding innovation, technology integration innovation, processing technic innovation and product innovation. Considering the problem of the raw material supply which meets the quality requirements failing to meet the needs of enterprises, the alliance should guide the enterprises building intensive tea production bases with farmer’s cooperatives by orders production, joint-stock cooperative and other forms. Developing social services of integrated propagation and supply of seedlings, integrated prevention and treatment of diseases and insects, integrated allocation, application of fertilizer and so on to make sure the safety of tea quality and supply of raw materials stable.
同時,聯盟還將推進制定茶葉種植標準、加工標準、産品標準及品牌使用規則,完善區域公共品牌和企業品牌標準體系。參與實施綠色高産高效創建、有機肥替代化肥等項目,切實推動按標生産,提高産品的品質檔次,提升品牌價值。搭建茶葉行銷推介平臺,組織聯盟企業組團參加國內外茶葉博覽會等,宣傳茶葉品牌,擴大品牌影響。
Meanwhile, the alliance would also promote the formulation of tea planting standards, processing standards, product standards and brand use rules, and improve regional public brand and enterprise brand standard system. It would participate in the implementation of establishment of green, high yield and high efficiency, organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer and other projects and effectively promote production by standard to improve the grade of production equality and enhance brand value. It would set up tea marketing platform, organize alliance enterprises to participate in tea expos at home and abroad and so on to propagandize tea brand and expand brand influence.
在市場拓展方面,聯盟將建立資訊平臺,加強資訊監測,加強成員企業産銷數據採集與分析,科學研判趨勢,及時發佈資訊,引導企業有序發展生産。加強市場研究,組織相關力量開展市場調研,引導企業根據市場需求,生産適宜不同消費群體和出口需要的茶産品。促進産銷銜接,組織成員企業與大型茶葉專業市場及電商平臺等對接,展示産品、推介品牌,擴大市場份額。此外,還要組織聯盟企業聯合開拓國際市場,提高中國茶的國際市場競爭力。
In the market expanding, the alliance would establish information platform, strengthen information monitoring, strengthen the collection and analysis of production and marketing data of member enterprises, research and judge trends scientifically, publish information timely, and guide enterprises in an orderly way to develop production. It would strengthen market research and organize related forces to carry out market research to guide enterprises to produce tea products which are suitable for different consumer groups and export needs according to market demands. It would also promote production and marketing connecting and organize member enterprises, large tea market and electricity supplier platform docking to display products, recommend brands and expand market share. In addition, the alliance would also organize alliance enterprises to jointly explore the international market and improve the competitiveness of China tea in the international market.
在中國茶産業聯盟成立大會上,還發佈了《中國茶産業聯盟杭州宣言》,聯盟成員共同承諾,堅持品質至上、創新驅動、綠色發展、品牌戰略、誠信自律,規範茶葉生産經營行為,共同維護中國茶的形象。
At the Member Conference of China Tea Industry, the Hangzhou Declaration of China Tea Industry Alliance was published. The members of the alliance are jointly committed to adhering to the principle of quality first, innovation driven, green development, brand strategy, honesty and self-discipline and standardizing the production and management of tea and jointly safeguarding the image of China tea.
