中國網浪潮資訊 近日，杭州市人民政府與亞太地區最大的智慧語音及人工智慧上市公司——科大訊飛股份有限公司簽訂了戰略合作框架協議。雙方將共同推進人工智慧産業發展，將杭州建設為新型智慧城市。

　　CNCAO NEWS  Recently, the People's government of Hangzhou signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with iFLYTEK Co.,Ltd, the  largest intelligent voice and artificial intelligence Listed Company in the Asia-Pacific region. The two sides will jointly promote the development of artificial intelligence industry, Hangzhou will be built as a new type of smart city.

　　杭州市長徐立毅表示，當前網際網路、雲計算、大數據等新技術層出不窮，人工智慧是推動杭州資訊經濟發展、提升城市競爭力的關鍵領域。據悉，自2014年以來，杭州資訊經濟迅猛發展，對GDP貢獻率已經超過50%。

　　Xu Liyi, the mayor of Hangzhou said that currently, Internet, cloud computing, big data and other new technologies are emerging in an endless stream, artificial intelligence is the key area to promote the development of Hangzhou's information economy and to enhance the urban competitiveness. It is reported that since 2014, the contribution rate of GDP has exceeded 50% because of the rapid development of information economy in Hangzhou.

　　科大訊飛是一家以語音交互為核心的人工智慧公司，從2006年到2016年，科大訊飛連續11年蟬聯國際語音合成大賽冠軍。據介紹，科大訊飛語音識別技術可瞬間將語音轉化為文字，準確率達97%。

　　IFLYTEK is an artificial Intelligent Company  makes the voice interaction as the core, from 2006 to 2016, iFLYTEK topped the International Voice Interaction contest for the 11th consecutive year. According to reports, iFLYTEK voice recognition technology can instantly translate the voice into text with an accuracy of 97%.

　　杭州市經信委表示，近期還將有一大波人工智慧企業落地杭州。

　　The Commission of Economy and Information Technology of Hangzhou said that in the near future there will be a big wave of artificial intelligence enterprises landing in Hangzhou.
