中國網浪潮資訊 近日，浙江企業巨星科技發佈公告稱，該公司與Masco就受讓Arrow100%的股權事項簽署了《股權購買協議》，以合計1.25億美元的價格並購Arrow公司。這也是巨型科技第三起，也是規模最大的一起海外並購。
