中國網浪潮新聞訊據浙江線上，浙江打造“網路文學重鎮”再添新力量。4月14日，“中國作協網路文學研究院”落戶杭州北山路94號浙江省作協江南文學會館。這標誌著由中國作協、浙江省作協和杭州市文聯三方合作建立的中國作協網路文學研究院正式落戶杭州。這也是國內首個網路文學研究基地。

CNCAO NEWS According to Zhejiang Online,it has another new strength to build a network of literary city in Zhejiang. On April 14th, the "Network Literature Research Institute of Chinese Writers’ Association"was located in the Southern Literary Hall of Zhejiang Provincial Writers Association in North Road No. 94,Hangzhou. It’s the symbol of the formal establishment of "the Network Literature Research Institute of Chinese Writers’ association" in Hangzhou under trilateral co-operation among Chinese Writers’ association, Zhejiang provincial Writers’ Association and The Hangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles. What’s more, it is the first network literature research center in China.

　　成立網路文學研究院，是落實“將浙江打造成網路文藝重鎮和高地”的積極舉措。

The establishment of TheNetwork Literature Research Institute is a positive measurewhich implementsZhejiangbecoming“an significant highland of network literature and art”.

　　近年來，浙江省作協在全國率先建立省級網路作協並連續3年實施“網路文學引導工程”，著力集聚各方資源，打造網路文學高端平臺。

In recent years, the Zhejiang Provincial Writers’ Association has been the first institution in the country to establish a provincial network Writers’ Association andhas continuouslyimplemented the"network literature guidance project” for 3 years,gatheringall kind of resources andcreatinghigh-level platforms of network literature.

　　2016年春，中國作協、浙江省作協和杭州市文聯，提議三方合作建立“中國作協網路文學研究院”。

In the spring of 2016, Chinese Writers’ Association, Zhejiang provincial Writers’ Association and the Hangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles proposed trilateral co-operation in the establishment of "Chinese Writers’ Network Literature Research Institution".

　　2017年1月5日，中國作協黨組批復同意在杭州建立“中國作協網路文學研究院”。

On January 5th 2017, the Party organization ofChinese Writers’ Association approved the establishment of "China Writers’ Network Literature Research Institute” in Hangzhou.

　　接下來，該研究院將集聚中國網路文學界權威專家，重點對網路文學前沿發展態勢和創作現象展開研究，探討並總結網路文學創作、産業、傳播一體化的理論成果，使之成為中國網路文學業態和産業智庫。

Next,The Institution will gather Chinese authority in network literatureandlaunch research which focus on the frontdevelopment tendency of network literature and creation phenomenon, discuss and summarize thetheories of the integration of network literature’s creation, industrialization and communication,then make it become the think tank of Chinese network literature.

　　按照設想，該研究院以舉辦“網路文學周”為平臺，重點組織開展“網路文學國際論壇”“網路文學年度獎”和“網路文學傳播集會”活動，一年一屆，定期在杭州舉辦。

It is envisaged that the Institutionwill focus onorganizing the "International Forum for network literature", "Annual Awards of network literature" and "network literature communication rally" activitiesregularlywhich is based on"Network Literature Week"，once a year in Hangzhou.
