　　近年來，在政府出臺的各類優惠政策的激勵下，許多製造型企業開始“擼起袖子”打造智慧工廠，但其中一部分企業或許沒有看到效益的實質性提升。對此作為“中國製造2025”行動綱領的總設計師之一，中國機械工業聯合會副會長、特別顧問朱森第在活動現場表示朱森第強調，企業不應盲目跟風建設數字化車間智慧工廠，必須因企制宜，以提高效率、保障品質、響應速度快以及大批量定制為出發點，並且滿足市場需求旺、發展前景好、産品批量大、手工操作多、技術基礎強這五個基礎條件。
