中國網浪潮新聞訊 按照國際上的通行標準，一個國家或地區進入老齡化社會的判定是“60歲以上人口占總人口比例達到10%，或65歲以上人口占總人口比例達到7%。”。4月19日，杭州市民政局公佈了杭州老年人數據分析報告，報告顯示，每100個杭州人中，老年人的數量已經超過了21個。

April 19th , the Hangzhou Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau announced the Hangzhou elderly data analysis report, the report shows that the number of elderly people in each of the 100 Hangzhou people has exceeded 21.

　　報告還顯示，按戶籍人口統計，截至2016年底，該市總人口數738.29萬人，其中60歲以上老年人口159.13萬人，佔總人口數的21.55%。比上年增加8.23萬人，增長5.45%；65歲以上老年人口104.79萬人，佔總人口的14.19%；80歲以上高齡老人27.18萬人，佔老年人口的17.08%。

The report also shows that, according to the household registration statistics, as of the end of 2016, the city's total population is 7,382,900, the population of aged over 60 years among them is 1,591,300, which accounting for 21.55% of the total population. Increased 82,300 people over the previous year, an increase of 5.45%; the population of aged over 65 years is 1,047,900, accounting for the total population of more than 14.19%; the number of elders aged over 80 years old is 271,800, accounting for 17.08% of the aging population.

　　在百歲老人方面，截至2016年底，杭州全市百歲老人430人，比上年增加70人。全市最年長的是江幹區凱旋街道華家池社區吳芝英（女）老人，1908年5月出生，已108歲高齡。

In terms of centenarians, as of the end of 2016, Hangzhou has 430 centenarians, an increase of 70 over the previous year. The eldest in the city is Wu Zhiying (female), who lived in Jianggan District Huajiachi Kaixuan Street Community, born in May 1908, is 108 years old.

　　目前，杭州市人口老齡化發展迅速的同時，老年人口高齡化趨勢也越發明顯。這既説明杭州人越來越長壽，同時也對未來杭州的養老服務提出了更高的要求。

Presently, with the rapid development of population aging in Hangzhou, the trend of aged aging is becoming more and more obvious. This not only shows that people living longer and longer in Hangzhou, but also put forward higher requirements of Hangzhou's pension services for the future.
