中國網浪潮資訊  日內瓦時間4月25日上午9點剛過，聯合國總部迎來一位“曠工”半年多的官員，他便是聯合國助理秘書長、聯合國貿易和發展會議青年創業和小企業特別顧問馬雲。那麼除了馬雲，還有哪些中國人在聯合國擔任高級職務？

CNCAO NEWS- On April 25th, Geneva time just after 9 o'clock in the morning. The UN headquarters welcomed an officer who has 'absented' for more than half a year. He is the special adviser of the UNSG(United Nations Secretary General), and the UN conference on trade and development youth entrepreneurship and small business, MaYun. Then, except MaYun, are there any Chinese else hold a senior position in the UN?

　　據聯合國的報告，當前聯合國系統有中國籍僱員450人，佔總人數的1%。其中供職聯合國秘書處的非語言類中國籍專業人員只有74名，低於聯合國開出的136人額度。

According to the UN's report, there are 450 Chinese employees in the UN systems, accounting for 1% of the total. And there are only 74 professional employees work in non-language department of the UN Secretariat, which are under the 136 credits limitation that stated by the UN.

　　而目前聯合國內的中國籍高官鳳毛麟角，任組織掌門人的僅4人：世界衛生組織總幹事陳馮富珍、聯合國工業發展組織總幹事李勇、國際電信聯盟秘書長趙厚麟和國際民用航空組織的秘書長柳芳。

And at present, there are few Chinese dignitaries in the UN, only 4 people hold the group leaders: ChenFengfuzhen, the director-general of the World Health Organization. LiYong, the director-general of the UN Industrial Development. ZhaoHoulin, the secretary-general of the International civil aviation organization(ICAO).

　　其他高官還有聯合國副秘書長吳紅波和助理秘書長徐浩良。

Other dignitaries including WuHongbo, the UN deputy secretary-general, and XuHaoliang, the assistant secretary-general.

　　趙厚麟，國際電信聯盟150年曆史上首位中國籍秘書長，于2015年1月1日正式上任，任期4年。

ZhaoHoulin, the first Chinese secretary-general during the 150 years ' histories of the ITU, assumed office on 1st January, 2015, tenure for 4 years.

　　李勇，中國候選人首次擔任聯合國專門機構主要負責人。2013年6月以絕對優勢當選聯合國工業發展組織第七任總幹事，任期4年。

LiYong, the Chinese candidate first time to hold the principal the UN specialized agencies. On June, 2013, he was elected to the seventh director-general of the UN Industrial Development with absolute predominance, tenure for 4 years.

　　柳芳，現任國際民航組織(International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO)秘書長，任期三年。她還是該組織歷史上首位女性秘書長，同時也是第二位來自亞太國家的秘書長。

LiuFang, the current secretary-general of the ICAO, tenure for 3 years. She is also the first female secretary-general during this organization's history, and she is the second secretary-general from Asian-Pacific region at the same time.

　　徐浩良，2013被任命為聯合國助理秘書長、聯合國開發計劃署助理署長兼亞太局局長。除中國政府委派的官員，徐浩良是目前聯合國系統內，級別最高的中國籍“國際公務員”。

XuHaoliang, appointed to the UN assistant secretary-general, the assistant of the UN Development Program(UNDP) and the director of the Asian-Pacific Bureau. Except the officer of Chinese government dispatched, XuHaoliang is the highest-ranking Chinese 'International Civil servant' in the UN at present.
