CNCAO NEWS By April 28,2017 10 a.m.Zhoushan Zhejiang border detachment of Xiaosha border police station receiving area received the staff of a marine enterprises clues reflected that in the repair of a foreign cargo ship,on the bottom of the seabed door was found tied with a sealed iron trapezoidal container which is about half a cubic meter,very suspicious.

　　小沙邊防派出所民警高度重視，立即趕往現場，在不能排除不明物品風險性的情況下，迅速疏散人員，警戒現場，進一步深入調查，並向舟山邊防支隊、定海區公安分局、舟山市公安局有關部門彙報。

 

　　Xiaosha border police station attaches great importance to it and immediately rushed to the scene,in the case that the risk of unknown goods can not be excluded,evacuate people rapidly,alert the scene to make a further investigation,and report to related department of Zhoushan border detachment,Dinghai District Public Security Bureau and Zhoushan Municipal Public Security Bureau.

　　4月29日上午，小沙邊防派出所在舟山市公安局和定海區公安分局的協助下，經過專業人員的仔細排查後，確定不是易燃易爆危險物品的可能性後，小沙邊防派出所民警召集船東、船檢代理方、船廠方對該容器進行拆解，打開檢查後，民警發現容器裏藏有40包大小不一的橡膠袋包裹。經拆袋查看，包裹內為樹葉狀物品，成分性質不明。隨後，專業人員提取了可疑物樣品第一時間送往相關專業機構進行鑒定，4月30日晚，經舟山市公安司法鑒定中心鑒定，該物品為大麻，重量為42.5公斤。

 

　　On the morning of Apr 29th,with the assistance of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau of Dinghai District,after careful investigation of professional personnel,ensure the possibility of determining not inflammable and explosive dangerous goods,Xiaosha border police station’s policeman called shipowner,ship inspection agent and shipyard side dismantling the container,after the inspection,the police found there are 40 rubber bags in different sizes hide in the container.After unpacking view,there are some leaf shaped articles with unknown constitutive property.Subsequently,the professional extracted suspicious samples sent to the relevant professional bodies for identification for the first time,in the evening of Apr 30th,after identified by Zhoushan Public security judicial identification center,the goods is marijuana,weighing 42.5 kg.
