中國網浪潮資訊 北京時間4月27號早晨，杭州市鐵路東站一名乞討女子，手上拿著兩個二維碼乞討，被車站的便衣警察帶回了警察局。這是又一起“高端乞討”案例。

　　作者查閱相關資料後發現，這種情況不止在杭州出現，全國多地已有相關案例。山東濟南同樣的事情甚至被英國《泰晤士報》網站報道過。對此網友也紛紛調侃：很好、很有創意、很國際化……

　　有金融界專家認為，真正的困難者以此方式乞討也無可厚非。但是警方提醒，這樣的二維碼乞討很有可能是一種炒作或者詐騙手段，通過二維碼可能竊取當事人賬戶資訊，也希望廣大民眾提高警惕。

Some financial experts believe that it gives no ground for blame that people who really have difficulty beg in this way. But police warned that two-dimensional code begging like this is likely to be a mean of speculation or fraud. Account information of interested parties may be stolen by two-dimensional code. Police also hope public can heighten the vigilance.
