　　自2015年以來，區塊鏈受到了業界的關注。狹義上，區塊鏈是一種按照時間順序將數據區塊以順序相連的方式組合成的一種鏈式數據結構，並以密碼學方式保證的不可篡改和不可偽造的分佈式賬本。2016年起起伏伏的電子貨幣比特幣，就是以區塊鏈為核心技術。

 

　　The block-chain has received industrial attention since 2015.In a narrow sense,a block-chain is a kind of chain-data structure which is connected by the order of time sequence data blocks,and the non-falsified and non-falsified distributed ledger is guaranteed by cryptography.The electronic currency Bitcoin which started in 2016 is based on block-chain.

 

　　作為金融科技的新貴代表，區塊鏈這個初生嬰孩被認為將重塑全球金融市場。而回溯G20峰會，區塊鏈技術就與普惠金融一起，被列為G20重要議題，白紙黑字上，“數字貨幣和區塊鏈應用在中國將大有發展”赫然在目。

　　正是在這樣的大環境下，此次峰會宣佈，中國首個區塊鏈産業園區落戶杭州西溪谷網際網路金融小鎮，入駐企業將與網際網路金融小鎮“原住民”螞蟻金服、支付寶、網商銀行等科技金融企業比鄰而居。

 

　　In such a precise circumstance,the Summit announced that the first China’s block-chain industrial park located in Hangzhou Xixi Internet financial valley town,the in-going enterprises will develop together with the enterprises of science and technology like the“Aboriginal"-Ant Financial Services Group,Alipay and MYbank.

 

　　此外，在專為此次峰會準備的視頻演講中，“數字經濟之父”唐·塔普斯科特還提到，在下一個網際網路時代，中國、尤其是杭州，將會作出非常重大的貢獻。杭州的創舉、創業精神、融資環境，以及計算科學學院與各級政府的支援，在全球經濟進入轉型的節點，很有可能成為國際金融科技的中心。

 

　　In addition,in a special preparation for the Summit of video speech,"the father of the Digital Economy"Don Tapscott also mentioned that China especially Hangzhou will have quite significant contributions during the next Internet age.The innovation,entrepreneurial spirit,the financing environment and supports from colleges of computer science schools and government in Hangzhou are likely to make the city become the international financial and technological hub at the transformation of global economy.
