中國網浪潮資訊 據浙江日報報道，在青田縣溫溪鎮洲頭村，機器施工的轟隆聲，讓人聽著充滿激情和希望。廣東浙江商會名譽會長鄒立勝領銜粵青商回歸，投資8億元的青商回歸創業園正在有條不紊地建設中。該項目建成之後，將引進10多家總部型企業，成為青田浙商回歸的重要載體和平臺。

After completing the project, it will bring in more than 10 headquarter enterprises and become Qingtian Businessman of Chekiang regression’s important carrier and platform.

　　青商回歸創業園建設只是眾多浙商回歸的一個縮影。今年一季度，浙江全省浙商回歸呈現紛至遝來的趨勢，完成省外到位資金1043.8億元，同比增長19.54%。這個“速度”高出一季度全省民間投資增速逾5個百分點。

Qing Merchants Regression’s Innovation Park is just an epitome of Zhejiang merchants’ regression. A quarter of this year, Zhejiang merchants’ regression showed acontinuous stream trend. It completed 104.38 billion yuan paid-in investment outside the province, with year-on-year growth of 19.54%. The “speed” is five percent more than the growth of private investment in the first quarter in Zhejiang.

　　政府主動“跑出去”，真情感召“請回來”，是浙商回歸出現“加快跑”的主要原因。今年以來，平湖經濟技術開發區赴德國走訪洽談項目，前往杭州、上海等多地對接投資，邀請30多家製造業企業回鄉考察。在慈溪逍林鎮，當地政府年後派人前往上海、西安、廣州、深圳等地，拜訪當地浙商商會會長。之後，浙商們紛紛響應，帶著項目回鄉考察。截至3月底，當地引進了7個項目，其中4個已落地。

　　八大萬億産業和特色小鎮項目成為浙商投資的新高地，到位資金佔比高達78.14%。浙江省發改委合作交流辦負責人表示，“高大上”項目的比例越來越高，離不開政府的産業引導和浙商自身的轉型需求，浙商投資方向越來越聚焦，相中的都是政府正在加快培育的新興産業，投資力度越來越大，一季度新增10億元以上項目15個，30億元以上項目4個。

The investment direction of Zhejiang merchants is more and more focusing on new industry which the government is speeding cultivating. The investment is stronger, first-quarter added 15 projects which are over one billion and 4 projects over 3 billion.

　　今年，浙江省啟動實施浙商回歸“5213行動計劃”，把狠抓項目推進作為浙商回歸工作的重中之重。據悉，首批334個省級盯引項目，總投資3056.84億元，已實現盯引簽約33個；200個重點簽約項目，總投資2962.39億元，已順利開工24個；100個重點建設項目，總投資1342.53億元，93%的項目進展順利。
