5月2日，作者從杭州旅委處獲悉，由該機構主辦的“F計劃”杭州全球旗袍日境內活動將於5月26日在杭州舉行。

　　據介紹，“F計劃”是杭州旅遊部門以“後峰會、前亞運”為時代背景，依託杭州在海內外建立的各大新媒體社交平臺，針對歐美市場所做的城市品牌國際化項目。

　　自“F計劃”開展以來，杭州旅遊行銷境外境內聯動，逐步邁向全新的融媒體整合行銷時代。

　　杭州旗袍日作為“F計劃”的重點內容之一，主辦方將採用線上線下同步推動，以文化傳播為突破口，開展國際化行銷，希望通過旗袍這一元素向全世界展示杭州獨特的東方風韻。

　　據悉，在“杭州全球旗袍日”當日的線下活動中，主辦方將邀請多名身著旗袍的女子參加杭州西湖和京杭大運河景區等地的旗袍盛會。另外，在紐約、馬德里、倫敦、漢堡、雪梨等城市，也將陸續聯動展開相關活動。
