杭州市財政局、市經信委、市建委、市交通局、市發改委和市科委等六部門近日聯合印發了《杭州市2016年新能源汽車推廣應用地方配套補助辦法》。《辦法》明確了補助車輛類型、申請條件、補助標準和申請程式。
　　
　　Hangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Economic Committee, the Municipal Construction Committee, the Municipal Communications Bureau, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission jointly issued 2016 Hangzhou Local Subsidies for Application of New Energy Vehicles recently, which has cleared subsidized vehicle types, eligibility criteria, funding criteria and application procedures.
　　
　　據了解，可獲補助車輛包括在本市購買、上牌且運作的符合要求的國産純電動汽車、插電式混合動力汽車、燃料電池汽車。補助對象含滿足一定條件的單位和個人。
　　
　　It is understood that the subsidized vehicles included domestic pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles with license tags that bought in Hangzhou, working to meet the requirements. Subsidized objects can be either units or individuals that meet certain criteria.
　　
　　據介紹，各類新能源車補助標準是不一樣的。對普通市民來説，最高可獲得8.5萬補助。
　　
　　According to reports, all kinds of new energy vehicle subsidies vary. Ordinary people might get a subsidy of 85,000 to a maximum.
　　
　　相關人士表示，鼓勵和支援各類資本參與投資建設充電設施，對共用和公用充換電設備（站、樁、裝置）按實際投資額給予20%的補助。對老舊小區建設有關充電公共設施支出，給予適當補助，具體補助標準另行確定。
