網約車，可能今後未必能隨叫隨到了。近日，不少在杭州開滴滴的司機手機都收到了滴滴平臺發出的短信，大意是相關部門要對網約車進行整治，其中外地牌照網約車可能要被清退。作者核實獲悉，此事屬實。

　　杭州市副市長項永丹也表示，專車現在很多，很多外地車來杭州開專車，這對城市的交通有沒有影響?杭州交警部門的説法是，很多網約車存在違法亂停的情況，比如在公交港灣停車帶的違停車輛，不少都是網約車。

　　根據《浙江省道路運輸條例》規定，計程車必須在核定的營運區域內營運，不得異地駐點營運。駐點經營或異地營運的，由縣級以上道路運輸管理機構責令改正，並處三百元以上三千元以下罰款，可以並處暫扣三十日以下車輛營運證、從業資格證。

According to Zhejiang Road Transportation Act, taxis have to operate in approved trading regions and be forbidden to site in other cities.
