日前，浙江省教育廳公佈2015年省青少年校園足球特色試點學校和地區名單，杭州市316所中小學校榜上有名，杭州市蕭山區等12個縣(市、區)為省級青少年校園足球試點縣(市、區)。

按照國家關於加快發展青少年校園足球的要求，浙江省從今年開始，遴選省級足球特色試點校和試點縣(市、區)，通過充分發揮試點縣區的先行先試作用，加快推進校園足球的普及，為校園足球改革與發展創造和積累經驗。

那麼要成為足球特色試點校，要滿足那些條件呢？據悉，足球特色校要至少有一名足球專項體育教師，足球場地設施、器械配備基本達到國家標準；體育工作專項經費要納入學校年度經費預算，原則上年生均體育教育經費不低於10%，併為學生新增購買運動意外傷害險。

據介紹，進入名單的各試點地區將完善政策措施，在教育教學、訓練競賽、師資配備、場地建設、經費投入和安全管理等方面加大支援力度。浙江省教育廳對足球試點校和地區實施動態管理，定期實施專項檢查。根據教育部要求，2016年下半年浙江省將組織特色試點學校和試點縣區的專項檢查，不合格的單位將予以整改。（作者：趙皓月綜合報道 陳雨薇/譯）
