作為首個提出資訊經濟戰略的省份，浙江資訊經濟一直走在全國前列。在第二屆世界網際網路大會的背景下，浙江面臨著怎樣的機遇與挑戰?

從今年浙江的産業轉型來看，網際網路對産業改造和提升的效果很明顯。在實體經濟境遇不是太理想的背景下，浙江經濟卻一直保持較快速度增長，資訊經濟的推動功不可沒。
From this year's industrial transformation of Zhejiang, Internet has a significant influence for the industrial promotion and development. Although the economy conditions of real enterprises were not ideal, Zhejiang economy still kept a relatively high speed to increase under the promotion of information economy.
同時，在全球經濟背景下，依靠傳統的生産方式，要趕超國際先進水準難度很大。很多傳統産業基礎薄弱，不掌握核心技術，導致其發展受制於人。因此，深層次的産業轉型升級需要依賴資訊經濟的發展。
At the same time, it is very hard to surpass international advanced level if only depends on traditional production methods under the background of global economy. Most traditional industries' development was limited since they did not master the core technologies. Thus, a deep industrial transformation and upgrade must rely on the development of information economy.
浙江傳統産業的基礎良好，積累了大量人才、資本、技術等資源。而浙江的“創二代”、“富二代”創新力強，擁有網際網路思維和網際網路運用能力。傳統産業的良好基礎和新生代企業家的創新能力，能讓浙江企業與網際網路更好地融合發展。
Zhejiang traditional industries have a good base which accumulated amounts of talents, capital, technologies and other resources. What's more, the innovative groups in Zhejiang are versed in the capacities of Internet thinking and Internet application. The combination of both could make Zhejiang enterprises and Internet develop better.
浙江大學發展戰略研究院常務副院長、管理學院教授魏江表示：“網際網路+”是要對企業創新發展起促進作用。實體企業守住自己産業優勢是“守正”，利用好網際網路技術實現産業升級是“創新”。實體企業應該把握好著兩大關鍵詞，擁抱網際網路，做網際網路時代的創造者。(作者：俞舒珺實習作者：陳雨薇 綜合報道)
