在不少城市，“學區房”一直被熱炒。北京上海，動輒幾萬、幾十萬/平方米學區房隨處可見，為什麼這麼貴？就因為對口的是當地最好的小學之一。
The school district housings have always been sought in quite a few cities. In Beijing or Shanghai, it could be seen for everywhere that school district housings are charged with unconscionable prices just because they are just in the districts where the best primary schools locate.
近日在教育部召開的教育規劃綱要實施5週年系列新聞發佈會上，教育部基礎一司司長王定華表示，教育部正在考慮推行“多校劃片”，也就是一個小區對應多所小學初中，讓買了學區房的家庭也不確定到底能上哪所學校。
Recently, on the press conferences for 5 anniversaries of implementing education layout plan, Wang Dinghua, the director of Ministry of Education, said that the Ministry of Education was considering promoting “dividing communities according to multiple schools”. That is to say, a community might correspond to multiple schools so that those families who bought school district housings are also not sure which school their children might go to.
此次會議，將重點大城市範圍從2014年的北京、上海、廣州等19個城市，擴展增加到了24個城市，並對這24個重點大城市2015年的中小學招生工作作出明確要求，要求這些城市所有縣市區100%的公辦小學、90%的公辦初中要實現劃片入學。
This conference expanded the key cities scope from 19 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities in 2014 to 24 cities and made the requirements clearer on the recruitment of middle and primary school students. As such, all the state-owned primary schools and 90% state-owned junior middle schools of these 24 cities must achieve the requirement.
業內人士分析，過去買學區房100%能上這所學校，但如果實行“多校劃片”，一些買了“名校”學區房的孩子有可能會被分到普通學校，而普通學區的孩子則有可能分到“名校”，買學區房的作用就被弱化了。
Experts analyze that if this rule is implemented, some children whose families buy school district housings beside “elite schools” might go to common schools and vice versa.
看到這則消息，寧波一些家長不淡定了，要知道，為了讓孩子能上個好學校，很多家長在買學區房這件事上花了精力和財力，這剛買的學區房，難道白買了嗎？
