拓展種養殖基地+靈活就業。在農業産業園區桑葉採摘、葡萄管收等農忙時節，利用萇睿公司線上人力資源産業園系統，主動向周邊村社發佈勞務用工資訊，2023年已通過季節性、臨時性靈活用工解決了農村勞動力就業658人，每人平均增收3100元。
