2023年以來,樂至縣堅持把穩就業、保用工作為優化營商環境的有力舉措,通過“四舉措”有效解決個體和新就業形態就業群體“無處候工,無序候工”難題,提升就業服務品質,建立“零工驛站”降低企業的人力資源成本,優化服務延伸,全面提升就業創業服務質效,努力推動高品質就業和高品質用工。

按照省委、市委關於構建大就業工作格局的決策部署,樂至縣積極探索,將“零工愛心驛站”納入全縣“樂工港”新業態新就業群體黨建品牌建設規劃。同時,為有效提升驛站就業服務品質,保證驛站方向不偏,零工驛站通過設立黨建宣傳、招聘服務、直播帶崗、愛心服務、業務辦公5大板塊。驛站還明確“建築施工、餐飲娛樂、行銷導購、健康護理、家政服務、快遞物流”六大零工行業主體,為全縣個體商戶、中小微企業提供“臨時、靈活、零散用工”的招工港灣。

推動青年實現早就業、快就業,樂至縣開展多形式,多渠道宣傳青年就業見習政策,打造就業見習基地等,不斷提高政策知曉率,擴大基地服務範圍,鼓勵各類企業、學校等吸引青年人才見習。同時,持續加強與用人單位溝通,幫助用人單位做好見習崗位、靈活就業崗位的開發工作,從源頭上推動用人單位提質擴容,鋪設靈活就業“快速路”,有效解決“就業難”“用工難”等問題。

拓展種養殖基地+靈活就業。在農業産業園區桑葉採摘、葡萄管收等農忙時節,利用萇睿公司線上人力資源産業園系統,主動向周邊村社發佈勞務用工資訊,2023年已通過季節性、臨時性靈活用工解決了農村勞動力就業658人,每人平均增收3100元。
