Associated with football legend Pele, pop icon Madona and German tennis star Boris Becker; PUMA was one of the most admired sports brands in the world in the 70s and 80s. Then came the early 90s and PUMA struggled, the brand was re-launched through innovative design and the mix of art, fashion, music and sport; creating a new segment called sport lifestyle. In our Love Brand Series, PUMA’s Marketing Head of Asian Pacific Mr. Christoph Isenbuerger will talk about how the brand was re-launched and its plans for Asia in the near future.
