綠水青山的美麗嬗變

　　Gorgeous transformation of blue waters and green hills

　　走進環溪村，一派清新婉約的鄉村風情印入眼簾，小橋、流水、古樹、人家，猶如一幅佈局緊湊、錯落有致的山水畫。

　　When you step into Huangxi Village, fresh and graceful landscape filled with rural aroma will come into view. Bridges, waters,ancient trees and folk houses, all make the village look like a well-arranged landscape painting with compact composition.

　　然而，在過去的環溪村卻是另外一番“臟亂差”的光景。為了改變這種景象，2007年以來，環溪村開始脫胎換的新農村改建。結合河道整治，村民開始向垃圾宣戰。村裏從河道旁、路邊清理出來的垃圾有100多噸。

　　However,Huangxi Village was in a mess in the past. In order to change such image, Huangxi Village started the new countryside transformation. Villagers began to fight the rubbish, combining with river regulation. The wastes they cleared out from the rivers weighed for over 100 tons.

　　緊接著，環溪村先後通過實施“十百工程”，開展“清潔鄉村”、“特色村”、“美麗鄉村”、“風情小鎮”建設，尤其是2009年成為杭州市“打造國內最清潔城市示範點”後，環溪村就像被注入新生命一樣，越變越美麗了。

　　Then, Huangxi Village implemented the Ten hundred Project, put “Neat and tidy Country”, “Beautiful Country”, “Unique Country”, “Fascinating Town” into practice.The Village has become much more magnificent than before, as being refilled with new vitality, especially after being chosen as Hangzhou’s demonstrative base of “Building up the cleanest city in China” in 2009.

　　到2010年，環溪村先後投入280萬元開始實施農村生活污水處理工程，全村建設生活污水池9隻，將606戶全部納入污水管道，在人工濕地上長勢良好的植物，把生活污水處理設施變成了一個個小花園。

　　Huangxi Village has invested 2 million and 800 thousands RMB to put domestic sewage management project into practice till 2010.The entire village built up 9 sewage treatment pools, which covered the 660 houses in sewage management entirely. Furthermore, the well-grown plants on the artificial wetland turn the sewage treatment pools into beautiful gardens.

　　如今的環溪村，將380余畝土地流轉，統一種植蓮花，現在是家家門前屋後遍植荷，條條河裏都是荷，夏天蓮花盛開的時候，吸引大量遊客前來賞花。

　　Nowadays, the land of over 380 mu in Huangxi is sown with lotus flowers. Every house has lotus flowers in front and back, as well as every river. The lotus blooms in the summer time, when a number of tourists visit here to enjoy the flowers.

　　環溪村只是桐廬縣治理污水的一個縮影，3年多來，桐廬在農村已鋪設污水官網2500余公里，建成分散式污水處理池2000余個，率先在全國實現農村生活污水處理全覆蓋。

　　Huangxi Village is only an example of sewage treatment in Tonglu. In the past three years, Tonglu has laid down a coverage of more than 2500 k㎡ in sewage pipe network and finished over 2000 decentralized wastewater treatment pools. All these make Tonglu take the lead in realizing the all standing sewage treatment in the rural area.

　　如今，富春江桐廬段出境斷面水質連續七年優於入境斷面水質。83條主要河流全部達到“能游泳”的三類水質標準。

　　At present, the water quality in the exit of monitoring point has been better than it in the entry monitoring point in Fuchun River Tonglu Section for seven years. 83 main rivers all reached the level-3 water quality standard, which means it is suitable for swimming.
