With the help of the"think tank",the medical anti caries dental paste and tooth grinding paste of the Home Guard;anti caries toothpaste of Huazi Dental,three research and development achievements has successfully transformed in the Chinese Dental Valley,bridging the"first mile"of technological innovation and the"last mile"of achievement transformation and application.234"Ziyang made"products have entered the market and received recognition and praise.
It is worth mentioning that on December 8th this year,the China Dental Valley Industry Education Federation was officially established,marking Ziyang's exploration of a new path in the integration of industry and education,science and education in the city.It will promote the integration of all elements such as talent cultivation,technological innovation,scientific research and development,achievement transformation,and social services in the region,and cultivate its own"think tank"for China Dental Valley.

At present,China Dental Valley has gathered 12 of the top 100 global dental enterprises and 110 well-known domestic and foreign dental enterprises,obtaining a total of 234 medical device product registration certificates.It has formed a full industry chain of more than 60 types in 4 major categories of dental equipment and more than 100 types in 5 major categories of dental materials,becoming the largest dental equipment material industry cluster in the country.The output value of settled enterprises such as Aiqi,Lianyao,Yingweida,Boen,Pintai,Zhengmei,Yaqi,NSK,and Xinhuaguang has steadily increased,injecting strong impetus into the rapid economic and social development of Ziyang.

The core competitiveness of China Dental Valley is still constantly improving.In July of this year,the National Medical Device Examination Center established the first prefecture level medical device innovation service station in Ziyang,China;In December,the Ziyang Branch of the Sichuan Provincial Food and Drug Examination,Evaluation and Safety Monitoring Center officially settled in Ziyang.In 2023,69 new medical device product registration(filing)certificates were added,a year-on-year increase of 130%.There are also 58 products undergoing inspection and registration,which has accelerated the oral industry.
In 2023,China Dental Valley successfully fulfilled its three"world first"commitments:a planned construction scale of 6 square kilometers,and a construction area ranking first in the world;4 major categories of equipment and 5 major categories of materials are complete,and the completeness of the industrial chain ranks first in the world;The annual production of invisible orthodontic appliances is 55 million pieces,ranking first in the world.

In order to meet the needs of rapid registration and approval for enterprises,Ziyang High Tech Industrial Zone has opened up a green channel for the review and approval of medical device registration at the national,provincial,and municipal levels,promoting the inclusion of three products in the special review process for innovative medical devices and obtaining registration certificates,and promoting the participation of two products in the third batch of key medical device service selection projects of the Sichuan Provincial Drug Administration.
On the one hand,we have collaborated with three inspection and testing alliances,namely the Medical Device Inspection Center of Peking University School of Stomatology,Sichuan Medical Device Testing Center,and Sichuan Medical Device Biomaterials and Products Inspection Center,to assist 19 enterprises in completing the inspection of 41 products.
On the other hand,actively promoting the construction of inspection and testing platforms internally,the Sichuan Oral Equipment Material Inspection and Testing Center has obtained the provincial-level CMA qualification for the first time;The Ziyang Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center has applied for the expansion of the national level CMA qualification certification,adding 83 new product testing parameters,totaling 286 parameters.
At the same time,the level of opening up of China Dental Valley to the outside world is constantly improving.Ziyang Bonded Logistics Center has been approved as the third export supervision warehouse in the province;cooperated with national 5A level comprehensive logistics service enterprises and Chinese logistics private enterprise Feilida;formed alliances with the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce,the Korean Dental Organization Association,the Shenzhen Medical Device Industry Association,and the Chengdu Chongqing Medical Device Industry Association to build a more convenient logistics and communication platform for Yagu enterprises,and help Dental Valley products go out of Ziyang and go global.
