Recently, the Teenager Care Committee of Tashan Community, Wandong Town, Wansheng Economic Development Zone, Chongqing, organized a kite painting parent-child activity in Ma’anshan Park for young people and parents in the area in order to develop children’s practical skills.

At the activity site, the staff of the Teenager Care Committee of Tashan Community explained to the audience the key points of kite painting, color selection and matching, and related procedures. As the activity began, the children were eager to wield their own brushes and use their imagination to paint their beloved kites in a variety of gorgeous colors. Infected by the children, some parents also tried to paint their children’s kites, and from time to time, they embellished their children’s kites with a few strokes of the brush to experience the fun and relive their childhood memories. In no time at all, the colorful hand-painted kites came to life in front of everyone.
